We were extremely lucky to have our friend Gerd Schoenberger form Braurei Eck in Germany to brew a special one time beer. This traditional Hefe-Weisse is brewed with German Pilsner and Wheat malts. The addition of orange, lemon and grapefruit peel adds to the character of this delicate beer. Only made once, so when it is gone, it is gone!
